Problem Statement

The app’s navigation structure is unintuitive, with poorly labeled menus and unclear pathways to essential features such as transaction history and bill payments. This creates frustration, increases the time users spend searching for functions, and leads to frequent errors or abandonment of tasks.

Design Solution

The UX design solution is structured around two core accounts: Processing and Compliance, ensuring a clear separation between transaction management and regulatory requirements. This approach simplifies navigation, enhances transparency, and builds user trust by allowing users to easily track payments while ensuring compliance tasks are intuitive and accessible.
