Spayce facilitates online transactions by securely transmitting payment information between the customer, merchant, and financial institutions. It also provides tools and support needed to accept and process payments, both online and offline. These services often include point-of-sale (POS) systems, and additional financial services.

Payment processor's website has a complex information architecture, outdated visuals, and low trust-building interactions. Services such as ACH, RTP, credit card, and cross-border payments are usually presented in a technical and text-heavy way, making it difficult for business users and customers to quickly understand offerings. In addition, lack of responsive design, accessibility, and engaging interactions leads to poor usability, lower conversions, and limited brand trust compared to competitors following modern UX standards.
Clean, minimal design systems for clear visual hierarchy and faster scanning. Micro-interactions and animations (e.g., Lottie, hover states) to guide users and keep engagement high. Responsive, mobile-first layout to ensure accessibility across devices. Personalized content blocks (by user type: merchants, enterprises, developers) for faster task completion.
